TreeMesh.max_level#

Maximum allowable refinement level for the mesh.

The maximum refinement level for a tree mesh depends on the number of underlying tensor mesh cells along each axis direction; which are always powers of 2. Where N is the number of underlying tensor mesh cells along a given axis, then the maximum allowable level of refinement kmax is given by:
