The current state of the cells on the mesh.

This represents the x, y, z indices of the cells in the base tensor mesh, as well as their levels. It can be used to reconstruct the mesh.

Returns:

dict

dictionary with two entries:

• "indexes": the indexes of the cells

• "levels": the levels of the cells
