TreeMesh.finalize(self)

Finalize the TreeMesh.

Called once a tree mesh has been finalized; i.e. no further mesh refinement will be carried out. The tree mesh must be finalized before it can be used to call most of its properties or construct operators. When finalized, mesh refinement is no longer enabled.
