TensorMeshIO.read_model_UBC(file_name, directory=None)[source]#

Read UBC-GIF formatted model file for 2D or 3D tensor mesh.

Parameters:

file_namestr or file name: full path to the UBC-GIF formatted model file or just its name if directory is specified
directorystr, optional: directory where the UBC-GIF file lives

Returns:

(n_cells) numpy.ndarray: The model defined on the mesh
